Mo and Alex are absolutely freaking fantastic. Work so fast. Great at creating stability, process and data handling. You can really tell they have a background in operations as well, giving how they have a clear overview of just the overall utility of IT and what's positive (easy) and what's negative (unnecessary overhead). I'm sure they can resolve pretty much any issue that exists and I don't know many people like that.
